Jason Hughes has the lines on the Sunshine Beach gelding for trainer Ashley Gamester and owners Donald MacRae and Blair MacLauchlan. The eight-year-old was a recent third place finisher in the $100,000 Gold Cup and Saucer final on Aug. 16, and makes his first start back this week.<\/p>\n<p>P.E.I. Colt Stakes Graduate Gold Series winner Malignity has post 6 for trainer-driver Paul Langille as the 7-2 third choice in the morning line.<\/p>\n<p>Twin B Tuffenuff is the 3-1 second choice from post 8 for pilot Gilles Barrieau after a runner-up performance in the $30,000 James Roach MacGregor Gold Cup and Saucer consolation. Avatar J (To be driven by David Dowling) leaves from post 3 as a key contender. Also in the deep field are Navalny (Brady Sweet). Saulsbrook Ian (Ken Murphy), Impeccable Shadow (Corey MacPherson) and Roll Em (Ryan Desroche).<\/p>\n<p>The Post Time Picks go with Bee Two Bee on top.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBee Two Bee makes his first start since that memorable third place finish in the Gold Cup and Saucer three weeks ago. He has incredible closing speed and he&#8217;s as versatile as they come, so he&#8217;s the one to beat in here.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in the night, is the Southern Belle Pace \u2013 \u201cThe Cheese Biscuit Queen\u201d in race 9 for a $2,650 purse. Leavin Bruises is favoured at 5-2 from post 5 with Brady Sweet in the bike for trainer Basil Hunter, who co-owns with Douglas Molyneaux.
