Corey MacPherson trains and drives for owner Jim Gorman of South Melville.<\/p>\n<p>Trainer-driver Adam Merner opened and closed the program winning with Den Of Thieves ($4.50) in 1:57.2 in the opener and Well Said Celeb ($3.20) in the race 11 finale in 1:54.4.<\/p>\n<p>Cowboy Logic ($28.60) and driver Steven Shepherd won the Race 3 District 15 &amp; District 17 Liberal Associations Pace in 1:55.4 for trainer Harold Shepherd.<\/p>\n<p>Abc ($7.40) captured the Bob Connelly Memorial R.E.\u2019s Stable Pace in race 5 for driver Steven Murphy and trainer Clifford Murphy with a 1:56.4 mile.<\/p>\n<p>Rookie driver Zac Noye had a career moment with his first lifetime win in the Kent MacDonald MP Cardigan Pace steering Crosscut ($40.60) in a 1:57 mile for trainer Jay Noye.<\/p>\n<p>Gascoigne AC ($4.00) and driver Marc Campbell won the Mick &amp; Barb Dunn Memorial with a 1:56.1 mile for trainer Tammy Collings.<\/p>\n<p>The Race 8 Collings Timbermart &amp; Ryan\u2019s Driving School went to Dusty Lane Levi ($16.30) and driver Jason Hughes in 1:55 from the Greg Weatherbee barn.<\/p>\n<p>One Rock ($2.80) was the best in the Race 9 Trevor Tracey \u2013 Trevor Tracey Family Funeral Home Pace with a 1:56.2 victory from the Luke Burke barn.<\/p>\n<p>Racing continues Saturday at Red Shores Charlottetown with post time at 4 P.M featuring two Gold Cup &amp; Saucer Trials presented by Atlantic Lottery. \u00a0Full programs, race day broadcast and online wagering are available at <strong>Redshores.ca<\/strong>\u00a0and <strong>HPIBET.com<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Nicholas Oakes For Red Shores CHARLOTTETOWN, PE \u2013 Fitness First rewrote the record books on Friday evening at Red Shores Racetrack and Casino at the Charlottetown Driving Park.
